Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
