Taking Solar Care before sun exposure can protect the skin from the sun, prevent sunburn and prepare the skin for tanning. Solar Care contains the following ingredients: - Calaguala (Polypodium leucotomos) is a Central American fern whose underground rhizomes are used to prevent certain skin problems, including sunburn. Taking Polypodium leucotomos extract before sun exposure can reduce skin redness and other signs of skin damage. - Green Tea is loaded with nutrients called Polyphenols, which have been shown to fight free radicals and may alleviate sun damage. - Lycopene from tomato extract is a natural pigment that gives fruits and vegetables their red colour.
