Directions for use
Lactase 20,000 tablets can be taken before each lactose-containing meal. You can take the tablets with water, for example. The tablets can be broken and are therefore convenient to take. The tablets are suitable for use in children (from 2 years of age). After ingestion, the lactase enzyme remains active for about 30-45 minutes.
You can chew the tablets, but as they are not specifically made for this purpose, they may stick to the molars. The best option is to take the tablets with a little water, without chewing them. Take 1/2-2 tablets at a time just before each lactose-containing meal.
Maximum 10 tablets per day
