Dorminatur triple action are triple action tablets that induce sleep, promote physical vitality and cognitive performance in adults and young people. These tablets use TIT technology, where the active ingredients are released in three different stages. In the first immediate release stage, melatonin and GABA, in a complex called Sleep Activ, are specially formulated to induce sleep.
In addition, the second extended-release stage contains a second dose of melatonin, ginkgo biloba and vitamins B5 and B6, which support cognitive function. The last extended-release stage includes turmeric with antioxidant qualities, biotin and vitamin D to support physical recovery, reduce mental fatigue and fatigue on rising.
